President and Co-founder
Dr. Ball specialized in modeling and simulation with a focus on electronic and magnetic materials during her Ph.D. studies and postdoctoral position at The Ohio State University. She has extensive experience with modeling electronic structures using high-performance computing in order to predict material properties.
Vice President and Co-founder
Dr. Windl is a professor in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at The Ohio State University. He has worked on process and device modeling as a Principal Staff Scientist in Motorola's Semiconductor Sector before joining OSU.
Treasurer and Co-founder
Dr. Goldberger is a professor in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry with a joint appointment with the Department of Material Science and Engineering at The Ohio State University.
Secretary and Co-founder
Dr. Heremans is a member of the National Academy of Engineering and a professor in the Departments of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Physics, and Materials Science and Engineering at The Ohio State University. He worked at General Motors and Delphi for 21 years prior to joining OSU.
Engineering Director
Mr. West is recently retired from The Ohio State University as the Senior Electronics Technician in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. He oversees the running of the GonioTech lab.
Senior Microwave Device Engineer
Dr. Ramesh has an expertise in modeling and applications of microwave-plasma interactions, developed during his Ph.D. at The University of Toledo. His dissertation centered on the theory, design, and characterization of plasma-based limiters for protection against High Power Microwave threats.
Business Administration & Research
Ms. Morgan is a fourth-year undergraduate student at The Ohio State University studying Chemical Engineering and Operations Management. At GonioTech she leads independent projects, compiles and reports relevant information, handles purchasing quotes, and develops ordering schedules in addition to working in the lab.
Business Development and Operations Ms. Rubanenko is a fourth-year undergraduate student at The Ohio State University studying Operations and Logistics Management. At GonioTech, she oversees recruitment initiatives, manages the company's digital presence, writes and applies for grants, and takes on various ad hoc responsibilities to support operational efficiency.
